How do I make a purchase? You may make a purchase via phone, email or online. Please do not hesitate to contact us if assistance is needed.

What basket types are prearranged? For convenience, we have various prearranged Snack Baskets for Congrats/Thank You/Birthday, several sized Soup & Tea Baskets for Support/Sympathy or Bereavement/Get Well and Welcome Baby/Baby Shower Baskets in S,M,L for sizes Preemie, Newborn & 3 month.

What is your Return policy? I recommend and encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and inform me of any issues or concerns. Edible (Snack/Food) items are non-Returnable, all other items must be approved for Return/Refund within 14 days of purchase.

Do you price match similar items or offer specials or discounts? At this time, price match is not an option. Specials and discounts are offered periodically, via email and posted on the company's social media pages. 

Is there a pick-up location? Currently, there is no pick-up option. Local delivery may be available, but not guaranteed, please inquire to confirm.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time, I ship to US locations only.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed? This may or may not be possible depending upon the changes needed and the status of the order, please contact me as soon as possible to determine.

What are your requirements for custom orders? A $50 non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders (which will be deducted from the order total). Due to pricing, availability and shipping, most custom orders will require three to four weeks notice.
